Elementary Researches on Practice Teaching Project for English Majors

The practice teaching for English majors lays basis for the improvement of students＇ practice, creativity and innovation and it can＇t be substituted by the theory teaching. A scientific and reasonable schemed practice teaching project for majors plays a key role in achieving the teaching goals. This paper means to discuss the teaching approaches in accordance with the rules and characteristics of English oral class and make it clear that any stage of English oral practice teaching should center on students. It has researched on the teaching mode, teacher＇ s function and the design of oral practice in order to form an integrated oral practice teaching project for English majors.
