摘    要:采用聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)模拟干旱处理白蜡苗,并对丙二醛(MDA)含量、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和游离脯氨酸(PRO)含量等抗性生理指标进行了测定,结果表明:随着PEG浓度的增大,白蜡苗的MDA含量和PRO含量也增大,CAT活性先增大后降低。20%PEG胁迫(相当于-0.6Mpa水势)可作为白蜡苗抗旱性的最高临界值。

Abstract:This experiment was treated Fraxinus chinensis seedlings under PEG-6000 to simulate drought,and the physiological in-dexes,such as MDA content and catalase activities,praline(PRO)content of Fraxinus chinensis seedlings were determined and analyzed.The results showed that the MDA content and the PRO content of Fraxinus chinensis seedlings increased along with increasing PEG concentration;the CAT activity would first increase then decrease.Therefore,the 20% PEG stress should be the optimal critical value on d...
