摘    要:用6~10℃温度和0.02%~0.08%浓度的赤霉素溶液处理小麦种子打破其休眠,结果表明,8℃条件是打破小麦种子休眠的最适温度,不同浓度赤霉素溶液打破小麦种子休眠的效果差异不显著。泰安市农科院自育小麦品种间的休眠期存在差别,泰山24和泰山223两个品种的休眠期较短,发芽率较高,容易通过低温和赤霉素处理打破休眠。

Effects of Different Low Temperatures and Gibberellin Densities over Wheat Seed Dormancy
Abstract:This experiment uses 0.02% ~ 0.08% Gibberellin solutions (6 ~ 10℃) to break wheat seed dormancy. The results show that 8℃ is the optimal temperature to break wheat seed dormancy and Gibberellin solutions with differ-ent concentration have no distinctive effects on breaking the dormancy. There does exist difference in dormancy period among wheat varieties bred by Tai'an Agricultural Institute. With treatment of low temperature and Gibberellin, it is easy to break the dormancy of Taishan 24 and Taishan 223, which possess shorter dormancy and higher germination.
