重载汽车制动系统设计与试验分析

摘    要:为保证汽车制动稳定性,减小或消除前后制动器制动的时间差,在汽车传统制动系统的基础上,通过优化和分析,设计了新的制动系统。将新研制的制动系统安装在国内某重载汽车上,并在交通部实验场进行不同附着系数路面的制动试验,结果表明,所设计的制动系统安全性能提高、性能良好,并满足国家标准要求。

Abstract:To ensure the vehicle braking stability,reduce and eliminate the time difference between front and rear brakes,the braking system in this paper is designed based on the optimizing and analyzing traditional braking system.The newly developed braking system is installed on a heavy car at home,and tested in the Ministry of Transportation road for different brake friction coefficient test.The test results show that the safe performance of braking system is advanced,well and can meet the national standards.
