| 摘 要： | 为提高生物化学实验教学质量，从以下几方面进行了改革尝试：加强实验师资队伍建设，调整课程体系，实行多元化教学模式，尝试因材施教的层次教学方法，将基础训练教学、综合技能教学和科学研究相互结合；整合重组实验教学内容，使得实验教学相对独立又自成体系；改革考核方式，分项目进行考查，重视实验数据的真实性和结果的分析讨论，培养学生实事求是的工作态度和良好的科研素养。

| Abstract: | The tentative reformation have been made on experiment teaching for improving the teaching qual-ity of biochemistry experimental：Strengthening the construction of experiment teaching team,Adjusting curri-cula system,carrying out diversification teaching modes;combining the basic training teaching,Comprehen-sive skills teaching,and scientific research,the levels teaching methods of individualized instruction have been tried;to ensure relatively independent and self-contained experimental teaching,the experimental teach-ing contents have been reorganizated and integrated;reforming examination mode of subitem examination, paying important attention to authenticity of the experimental data and discussion and analysis of the exper-imental results,in order to train the student working attitude of base on facts and good scientific literacy. |
