摘    要:该文从经济和资源两个方面入手,研究了京津冀缺水区换种作物调整方案。应用GIS技术及FAO推荐的Penman-Monteith方法计算了主要作物的需水量,建立了包含水资源成本的作物综合效益研究模型,并对水资源补偿问题进行了初步探讨。研究结果表明:从需水量来看,水稻>冬小麦>春玉米>夏玉米;如果将承德、张家口等地区的部分水田改种其他的粮食作物,可以节约3.5亿m3的用水;考虑水资源成本的情况下,水稻改种春玉米显示了良好的综合效益。

Abstract:Crop structural adjustment pattern in Jingjinji region was studied considering the economy and resource factors. Water requirements of several main crops were analyzed using Penman-monteith equation and GIS technique. A model of synthetic benefit analysis on crops was built to study the compensation of water resources. Results show that the water requirement of rice is largest, followed by winter wheat and spring maize and the least is summer maize. If the rice is replaced by other crops, 3.5 hundred million m3 of water would be saved. Taking cost of water resources into account, the spring maize is the most befitting crop to plant for the good synthetic benefit.
