张家界烟区基层烟草工作站点的建设研究

通过对张家界烟区基层烟草工作站点的调查研究,发现基层工作站点存在基础设施落后、站点布局滞后、信息化建设缓慢、财务管理制度不完善、烟农辅导员素质整体偏低等问题.在此基础上对烟叶基层烟草工作站点建设提出建议：优化烟叶种植区域布局、加强基础设施建设、加强信息化建设、健全管理规章制度、加强基层队伍建设.

Study on the Constrction of Tobacco Workstration in Zhangjiajie

Through investigation on the tobacco workstation in Zhangjiajie,it was found that there are some problems in tobacco workstation,such as poor infrastructure,site layout lag,slow informatization construction,imperfect system of financial management,the quality of tobacco farmers＇ s counselors is low and so on.On the basis of this,suggestions were put forward,including optimizing layou of tobacco planting areat,strengthening infrastructure construction and information construction,perfecting management rules and regulations,strengthening grass-roots team construction.
