中国汽车产品有害物质管理制度研究探析

对欧、美、日、韩等汽车工业发达国家的汽车产品有害物质和回收利用管理方式进行了分析研究，提出了建立适应我国汽车产业发展的有害物质和回收利用管理方式的可行思路：依靠纳入汽车生产准入、由专业技术服务机构进行企业审查和产品抽查、利用现代信息系统管理技术等方法和手段，从生产源头实现对汽车产品有害物质的控制，不断提高产品可回收利用水平，促进绿色汽车工业发展。

Research on Management Mode of China Vehicle Hazardous Substances

This article analyzes the management mode of vehicle hazardous substances and recycling in Europe, America, Japan, South Korea and other countries with advanced automotive industry, and proposes feasible ideas to establish the management mode of vehicle hazardous substances and recycling which can meet the needs of China automotive industry development. Based on the methods and means of bringing access into automobile production, conducting auto--enterprise examination and product sampling by professional technical service agencies and using modern information systems to manage technology, etc. , it can control the hazardous substances of automotive products from the production source, and constantly improve the recyclable levels of the products, so as to promotethe development of green automotive industry.
