黑龙江省林业产业存在的问题及发展对策

目前,黑龙江省林业已逐步形成了一二三产业竞相发展的、比较完整的林业产业体系,但黑龙江省林业的产业价值链中存在着第一产业中的森林资源培育不足和林产品加工业增值幅度低等问题。为此,从林业产业的内涵出发,分析了黑龙江省林业产业发展存在的问题,指出了发展黑龙江省林业产业的重点,并提出了加强黑龙江省林业产业建设的对策。

The Existing Questions and Development Suggestions of Forestry Industry in Heilongjiang Province

At present,Heilongjiang Province's forestry sector has established a comparatively sound forestry industry system in which the primary,secondary and tertiary industries are developing competitively.However,there exist some problems in the industry value chain in Heilongjiang Province's forestry sector such as the shortage of forest resources in the primary industry and low added value in forest products processing industry.Therefore,this essay starts from the essence of forestry industry and analyses the existing questions of forestry industry in Heilongjiang Province.It point out the emphasis of forestry industry development in this essay.Based on this,this essay promotes the strategy of the forestry industry development.
