| 摘 要： | 简要回顾了水稻转基因发展的历程;通过农杆菌介导法转化水稻的流程,分析了几种根癌农杆菌介导的目的基因转化水稻的影响因素:农杆菌菌系及Vir基因的活化、水稻基因型和培养基种类、农杆菌侵染外植体的时间、共培养的方式、共培养时间、选择标记与报告基因的选择、选择压;最后提出了水稻遗传转化中存在的问题及解决的方法。

| Abstract: | The progress of genetic transformation in rice was reviewed and the factors influencing Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated target gene in rice was analyzed through the procedure,which include Agrobacterium tumefaciens strains and Vir gene activation,rice genotypes and medium types,infection time,co-culture patterns,co-culture time,marker gene and reporter gene selection,selection pressure,and finally the problems existing in genetic transformation in rice and countermeasures were pointed out. |
