爬山虎果实中微量元素的快速测定

摘    要:用火焰原子吸收法测定爬山虎果实成熟过程中 5 种微量元素的含量变化,样品采用湿法消化,并用SrCI2 消除共存离子间的干扰,建立了在同一溶液中测定多种元素的方法,该方法简便、快速、准确。

Abstract:Determing five kinds of trace elements by FAAS when the fruit of Parthenocissus tricuspichata come to maturity.The samples are dissolved by weting treatment,using SrCl 2 to prevent interference of coexistions.Then established a method which determine multitrace elements in the same solvent.The method is simple ,rapid and accurate.
