苦竹叶挥发油成分的分析

摘    要:采用水蒸气蒸馏和GC-MS 联用技术, 对苦竹叶挥发性成分进行提取、分离和鉴定,共获得53 个色谱峰, 鉴定了其中42 种成分, 占挥发性成分总质量的94.69 %, 含量最高的为叶醇27.08 %, 其次为2-己烯醛10.02 %。在42 种成分中醇类有9 种, 其含量占挥发性成分总质量的38.87 %;酸类有7 种, 占挥发性成分总质量的15.46 %;醛类有7 种, 占挥发性成分总质量的14.49 %。首次从竹叶中鉴别出弥猴桃内酯, 含量为0.38 %。图1 表1 参10

Abstract:By adopting distillation of Pleioblastus amarus leaves and GS-MS analysis .The volatile composition of preioblastus amcrus leaves was extracted , separated and identified in which 53 chromatographic humps were gained.Forty-two kinds of composition which make up 94.69 % of the total mass volatile composition wereidentified .3-hexen-1-ol is the composition with the highest content of 27.08 %;2-hexenal with the second highest content of 10.02 %.There are 9 alcohol compounds in 42 kinds of composition , and 7 acid compounds and 7 aldehydes compounds , among the identified composition , whose contents respectively make up 38.87 % and 15.46 %and 14.49 % of total volatile composition respectively .For the first time , Z (4H )-benzofuranone , 5 , 6 , 7a-tetr with the content of 0.38 % is identified from the pleioblastus amarus .
