花椒精油的制备及其对米象生物活性的影响

摘    要:研究了不同预处理对花椒精油提取率及花椒精油对米象生物活性的影响。结果表明,超声波微波处理可以缩短提取时间,提取率达到3.5%;花椒精油对米象有很强的熏蒸作用和触杀作用。0.100 mL/L浓度的花椒精油处理18 h,米象的死亡率达到90%;相同时间内,随着处理浓度的增大,对米象触杀作用的校正死亡率呈上升的趋势,但是,18 h以后,各处理的校正死亡率没有变化或变化很小。

Abstract:It is studied the influences of different pretreatments on the extraction rate of pepper and the essential oil of pepper on the bioactivities of Sitophilus oryzae L..The results show that the ultrasonic and microwave treatment can shorten the extraction time,and the extraction rate reached 3.5%.The essential oil of pepper has the strong fumigation action and contact action on the Sitophilus oryzae L..Treating with 0.100 mL/L essential oil of pepper,the mortality rate reached 90% at 18 h.During the same time,with the concentration increase of the treatment,the corrected mortality rate of contact action on the Sitophilus oryzae L.showed the increase trend.But,after 18 h,the corrected mortality rate had no changes or changed very little.
