摘    要:经过 3d水杨酸 (SA)处理的玉米幼苗叶绿素 (chl)含量、过氧化氢酶 (CAT)活性增加 ,根系活力下降。经SA处理过的幼苗再进行 5d渗透胁迫后 ,幼苗chl含量、NR活性、CAT活性、蒸腾速率、根系活力均提高 ,SA对细胞膜透性几乎没有影响。

Abstract:Chl contents and CAT activity increased, root system activity decreased in maize seedling after treatment by SA for 3 days. Then the seedlings were on osmotic stress for 5 days, chl content,NR and CAT activity,transpiration rate , root system activity were higher compared with the control that were on the same osmotic stress for the same time . SA had no effect on permeabilty of plasma membrance.
