大白菜晚抽薹性快速评价方法

摘    要:以春夏王等 7个大白菜品种或品系为试材 ,采用萌芽种子于 3℃条件下低温春化处理 2 0d后 ,播种于温度 2 0~ 2 2℃、光周期 16h(夜间用日光灯补光 ,补光光强 10 0~ 130 μmol·m-2 ·s-1)的温室中 ,筛选苗期大白菜晚抽薹性评价指标 ,建立分级标准。结果表明 ,显蕾期、短缩茎 (薹 )长、抽薹指数均可作为晚抽薹性评价指标 ,其中调查抽薹指数更为简便、快速、准确 ,可操作性强。综合考虑显蕾、抽薹、开花性状 ,确立了以抽薹指数作为形态指标、6级抽薹调查分级标准和 5个抽薹性评价等级的大白菜晚抽薹性快速评价方法。完成一个评价周期仅需4 5d左右。用该方法评价的结果和田间结果一致。

Abstract:Seven Chinese cabbage cultivars or lines were used for establishing a rapid identification method of late bolting character by vernalizing the germinated seeds at 3 ℃ for 20 days, then the seeds were sowed and grown in a greenhouse at 20-22 ℃ and 16 hours day length(using 100-130 μmol·m -2 ·s -1 of supplemental lighting in night to provide longer days).
