高效大麦芽干燥炉空气阻力的研究

摘    要:通过对大麦芽干燥过程麦层空气阻力的实验分析,明确了大麦芽对空气的阻力与麦芽含水量、麦层厚度和风速的数量关系,并由此建立了数学模型.该模型为啤酒工业设计高效大麦芽干燥炉提供参考。

Abstract:The factor concerning the effect of thickness of malt on air drag has been tested and analysed during malt drying in this article. We have founded mathematies matrix in rela- tion to wind velocity, thickness of malt and air drag, P=aHe~bV. The formula can be used to design efficient furnace of malt drying.
