杂交水稻叶片叶绿素含量与光谱吸收率的关系

摘    要:通过大田小区试验,测定了5个供氮水平处理下,两个品种水稻完全展开的倒一叶和倒三叶在不同发育时期的高光谱吸收率及对应叶片的叶绿素含量,分析了叶片光谱吸收率及其与叶绿素含量的相关性并建立了回归模型。结果表明:水稻叶片在红外区域有弱吸收,从紫光到橙光区域有强吸收。叶绿素a与吸收光谱间不具显著相关性,叶绿素b与吸收光谱有显著的相关性,这说明可以用合适的高光谱吸收率来估算杂交水稻叶片的叶绿素含量。
