摘    要:钢板弹簧被广泛应用在货车悬架上,传统计算方法应用简化计算公式对模型进行简化,能近似地反映钢板弹簧的工作特性和应力.随着有限元仿真技术的发展,精确计算钢板弹簧的工作特性和应力分布已经不再困难.对刚板弹簧的设计进行了改进,采用传统的计算方法进行初步设计验证,采用有限元方法进行分析和修正,改进钢板弹簧弧形,优化钢板弹簧结构,提升钢板弹簧特性,提高了材料的利用率.采用壳单元对少片变截面板簧进行分析,并解决了分析中出现的自然振荡,使仿真简单可靠.

Abstract:Leaf spring as one of the elastic elements, has simple structure, and can transmit torque in several directions. It is widely used in the suspension of trucks.
