基于ANSYS活塞头部的可靠性分析

摘    要:根据活塞顶部的轴对称性,利用有限元软件ANSYS建立活塞头部的二维参数化模型,并基于有限元分析软件ANSYS的结构可靠性分析模块建立分析文件,将有限元分析方法与蒙特卡洛方法结合,得出影响活塞头部安全性的灵敏度指标分析,同时给出概率分布函数及其他主要影响因素.

Abstract:Based on the axial symmetry of piston head,the 2D parametric model of piston head is established by using the ANSYS software.The FEA program which is applied to the thermal analysis is written by APDL and the reliability analysis is carried out by using the ANSYS software.According to the FEM and the Monte Carlo Method,the sensitivity index for the safety of piston head is obtained and the probabilistic distribution function is put forward,in addition,the mainly influencing factor is described by the chart.
