摘    要:本实验研究不同密度下的三岛柴胡干物质积累和柴胡皂苷含量动态变化。三岛柴胡个体干物质积累随着密度的增大而减少,而群体密度在生长后期随着密度的增大而增加。在结实期三岛柴胡单株根干物质分配比例随密度的增大而减少。高密度1250062株/公顷柴胡皂苷含量较低,而在生长前期密度714285株/公顷柴胡皂苷含量较高,生长后期两个低密度处理柴胡皂苷含量较高。结实期时三岛柴胡根总皂苷产量以500000株/公顷最高。适宜的密度对三岛柴胡干物质积累与分配、根中柴胡皂苷含量及群体皂苷产量极为重要。

Abstract:The dynamic transformation of dry material accumulation and the content of saikosaponins in Bupleurum falcatumL.under different density were stadied.Individual dry matter in B.falcatum was obviously declined with increasing of density.On the contrary,the colony dry matter acccumulation was increased with increasing of density at anthesis and autumn.The dry material distribution in root was decreased with increasing of density at maturity.High density 1250062 plant/hm2has low level of saikosaponins,and 714285 plant/hm2 reached the high level on the early growth stage,in later stage two low density reached the high level.The content of saikosaponins at maturity stage reached the highest when the planting density was 500000 plant/hm2.Feasible density is very important to dry material accumulation and distribution of B.falcatum,content of saikosaponins in root and colony yield of saikosaponins.
