摘    要:随着有限元分析技术的广泛应用,得到与实际情况吻合的分析结果,用以指导活塞的设计与优化成为分析人员所追求的目标。对细微特征合理的简化能够缩短分析周期,但不适当的简化则会得到与实际情况相背离的结果。由于不适当地简化掉活塞回油孔结构,得出了与试验完全不同的分析结果,最后通过结构优化才得以通过试验。本例活塞特殊的回油孔结构特征对有限元分析结果产生了巨大的影响,因此在有限元分析中对某些细微结构不能进行简单的简化,需要依据情况区别对待。

Abstract:With wide use of Finite Element Analysis (FEA), to obtain results that accord well with test has become ultimate target for the analyzer. Proper simplification of tiny features on CAD model can reduce solving time of FEA. While unreasonable simplification sometimes can get results that are completely opposite to truth. In this paper due to getting rid of the tiny feature of oil release hole of piston, FEA gave a result extremely different with engine test. Optimization for piston is forced to pass the test....
