| 摘 要： | 以苹果长富2号品种为供试材料,研究套袋对果实生长发育过程中品质形成因子的影响.结果表明:红富士苹果套袋后果皮叶绿素、类胡萝卜素含量一直低于对照;果皮花青苷含量摘袋前显著低于对照,摘袋后花青苷含量迅速上升,采收时超过不套袋对照1倍左右;套袋后苹果可溶性总糖、还原糖和可滴定酸含量的变化趋势与对照基本一致,但明显低于对照.综合比较3种纸袋的套袋效果,最好的为山东恒信袋;其次为日本小林袋;徐州天正袋效果最差.
