超声与神经刺激器联合引导腋路法臂丛神经阻滞效应的临床观察

目的探讨超声联合神经刺激器引导腋路臂丛神经阻滞的麻醉效果与安全性。方法 60例腋路臂丛神经阻滞患者随机分成两组,一组采用单纯神经刺激器行腋路臂丛神经阻滞（A组）,另一组采用高频超声联合神经刺激器引导腋路臂丛神经阻滞（B组）。观察两组病例的操作时间、起效时间、麻醉效果、不良反应情况。结果与A组比较,B组操作时间较短,起效时间较快,麻醉效果较好（P〈0.01或0.05）。A、B组不良反应发生率的差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论超声联合神经刺激器引导腋路臂丛神经阻滞安全有效。

Clinical observation of ultrasound-and neurostimulator-guided axillary brachial plexus block

Objective To observe the efficiency and safety of ultrasound- and neurostimulator-guided axillary brachial plexus block（ABPB）. Methods Sixty patients undergoing ABPB were randomly divided into two groups. Group A received neurostimulator-guided ABPB, while Group B accepted ultrasound- and neurostimulator-guided ABPB. The operation time and onset time of anaesthesia were recorded. The operation time, onset time, anesthetic effect and adverse reaction were compared between two groups. Results Compared with Group A, operation time was shorter, onset time was faster, and anesthetic effect was better in Group B（P〈0.01 or 0.05）. Adverse reaction was insignificant between two groups（P〉0.05）. ConclusionUltrasound- and neurostimulator-guided ABPB is safe and effective.
