木质材料激光雕刻技术的研究

摘    要:木质材料激光雕刻形式可分为切割雕刻、凹模雕刻和凸模雕刻三种,激光雕刻的材料去除原理与激光切割相同,多条未切透的切槽连在一起就形成成面积的材料去除。激光切槽的横截面呈“V”形,切割速度越低、激光电流越大,切槽宽度和深度也越大,其中切割速度和激光电流对切槽深度的影响程度比对切槽宽度大得多。

Abstract:There are three types of laser-engraving of wood materials: cut-engraving,intaglio and relief engraving.Cutting mechanism on the laser-engraving is as same as that on laser-cutting.Region material cutting can be achieved by multiple notches which close together one by one.Shapes of cross sections of the notches appear letter "V".Notch sizes increase with laser current and decrease with feed speed,as well as changing values of depth of the notch are much bigger than that of width of the notch.
