消毒剂和激素对江西野生金线莲外植体的诱导研究

[目的]研究消毒剂和激素对江西野生金线莲外植体消毒效果的影响。[方法]以江西龙南九莲山自然保护区的野生金线莲带腋芽的茎段为材料，研究浓度0．1％升汞、浓度2％次氯酸钠、浓度10％次氯酸钙和饱和漂白粉溶液等不同消毒剂在不同处理时间对外植体的消毒效果，以及不同浓度的6-BA和NAA组合对外植体诱导率的影响。[结果]以酒精消毒30s后再用浓度0．1％升汞处理16min的消毒效果最好，其污染率只有10％，存活率高达82％；最适合江西野生金线莲外植体诱导的培养基为MS＋2．0mg／L6-BA＋0．1mS／LNAA，诱导率高达98％。[结论]消毒剂和激素对江西野生金线莲外植体的诱导均有一定程度的影响。

Induction of Disinfectant and Hormone on Explants of Jiangxi Wild Anoectochilus roxburghii

[ Objective ] To study effects of disinfectant and hormone on disinfection of Jiangxi wild Anoectochilus roxburghii explants. L Meth- od] With stem of wild A. roxburghii from Jiangxi Longnan Jiulianshan Nature Reserve as material, the disinfection effects of 0.1% mercuric chloride, 2% sodium hypochlorite, 10% calcium hypochlorite and saturated bleaching powder solution on explants at different time were stud- ied, as well as effects of different concentration of 6-BA and NAA combination on explants induction rate. [ Result] Disinfected 30 s with alco- hol, then treated by 0.1% mercuric chloride for 16 rain, the pollution rate is only 10%, the survival rate is 82% ; The optimum culture medi- um for explant induction of Jiangxi wild A. roxburghii is MS ＋ 2.0 mg/L 6-BA ＋ 0.1 mg/L NAA, the induction rate is 98%. [ Conclusion ] Disinfectant and hormone have a certain effects on induction of Jiangxi wild A. roxburghii explants.
