成都市农作物秸秆综合利用实践

摘    要:秸秆露天焚烧过程中释放的各种气态污染物和颗粒物,是我国大气污染的重要来源之一。由于成都市特殊的盆地地理特征,污染物不易扩散,秸秆禁烧工作更显迫切。近年来,成都市坚持疏堵结合、标本兼治,引导农户围绕秸秆肥料化、饲料化、基料化、原料化、燃料化“五化”利用,并与地域周边联手联防,诸多举措形成合力,逐渐总结出一套自己的秸秆综合利用经验。2013年全市秸秆综合利用率达到93%以上,大、小春秸秆禁烧期间,成都市未出现一次因焚烧秸秆而导致的大气污染,实现了“不见火光、不见黑斑”的秸秆综合利用预期目标,取得了秸秆综合利用工作历年来最好成效。

Practice of the Comprehensive Utilization of Crop Straw in Chengdu

Abstract:Various gaseous and particulate pollutants release of straw burning process is one of the important sources ot atmospheric potmuon in China. Because of the special geographical position of Chengdu, the diffusion of pollutants is not easily, prohibition of stalk burning is more urgent. In recent years, Chengdu guide farmers around straw fertilizer, feedstuff, binders, raw materials, and fuel to the use of straw, and joint with surrounding areas to defense, many measures to form the joint effort, gradually summarized a set of own method of comprehensive u- tilization of straw. The comprehensive utilization rate of the straw reached above 93% in 2013, during the prohibition of stalk burning, not present a atmospheric pollution caused by burning straw, realized the "no fire, no black spots" of comprehensive utilization of straw and prohi- bition of work target, achieved the best results over the years.
