不同尺寸再造烟叶在卷烟中的应用研究

目的]为再造烟叶的尺寸优化提供依据。方法]对比研究边长为45,25 mm的菱形再造烟叶在卷烟中的应用效果。结果]边长为45 mm菱形再造烟叶会产生结团缠绕现象,在烟支中的分布均匀性为58.66%,长丝率为63.76%,中丝率为20.48%,纯再造烟丝填充值为6.65 cm3/g,成品烟丝填充值为4.58 cm3/g;边长为25 mm菱形再造烟叶的结团缠绕现象显著改善,在烟支中的分布均匀性为75.62%,长丝率为61.96%,中丝率为21.35%,纯再造烟丝填充值为6.80 cm3/g,成品烟丝填充值为4.63 cm3/g;2种尺寸再造烟叶应用后,卷烟的常规化学指标、烟气指标、感官质量基本无差异。结论]再造烟叶边长由45 mm调整为25 mm后,在卷烟中的应用效果得到部分改善。

Research on Different Sizes of Reconstituted Tobacco in the Application of Cigarette

Objective] To provide the basis for optimizing the size of reconstituted tobacco.Method]Comparative study on application effects of two sizes of reconstituted tobacco in the cigarette.Result] 45 mm side of the diamond of reconstituted tobacco would produce agglomeration and entwining phenomenon,the uniformity distribution in cigarette was 58.66%,the long length ratio was 63.76%,the medium length ratio was 20.48%,determination of filling power of pure reconstituted tobacco was 6.65 cm3/g,determination of filling power of tobacco finished was 4.58 cm3/g;25 mm side of the diamond reconstituted tobacco what improved significantly the agglomeration and entwining phenomenon,the uniformity distribution in cigarette was 75.62%,the long length ratio was 61.96%,the medium length ratio was 21.35%,determination of filling power of pure reconstituted tobacco was 6.80 cm3/g,determination of filling power of tobacco finished was 4.63 cm3/g.After application of two sizes of reconstituted tobacco,routine chemical indicators of cigarette,cigarette mainstream smoke index and sense evaluation almost were no differences.Conclusion]After the side length of reconstituted tobacco adjusted from 45 mm to 25 mm,effects of cigarette in the application had been improved.
