加强农村基层干部培训问题研究

要实现我国农业现代化建设,就必须有一支高素质的农村基层干部队伍。因此,加强农村基层干部培训,提升培训效果,进一步提高农村基层干部素质,是促进农村农业经济又好又快发展、实现农业现代化的重中之重。切实抓好农村基层干部的教育培训工作,是做好农村工作的重要保障。对当前农村基层干部培训存在的问题及制约因素进行了分析,并提出了提升培训效果的对策和建议。

Study on the Strengthening Training of Rural Grass-roots Cadre

To realize the agricultural modernization in China,there must be a high quality contingent of rural grass-roots cadre.Therefore,strengthening the training of rural grass-roots cadres and enhancing the training effect,further improving the quality of rural grass-roots cadres is so important to promote agriculture and rural economic development,faster and better realization of agricultural modernization.It’s an important guarantee for doing rural work to do the rural grassroots cadre education and training work effectively.This paper analyzes the current problems and restrictive factors of the rural grass-roots cadres training,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the effect of training.
