| 摘 要： | 从增加对农村小型水利设施建设的财政投入、政府支农投入强调以小型农田水利建设为主、鼓励农民修建并维护一些微型农田水利设施及建立"自下而上"的需求表达机制几个方面探析了河北省农村水利基础设施建设途径。

| Abstract: | The construction way for rural water infrastructure in Hebei Province is explored from the aspects of increasing the financial investment for construction of rural small water conservancy facilities,emphasizing the construction of small irrigation and water conservancy in government investment for agriculture,encouraging farmers to build and maintain some micro irrigation and water conservancy facilities,and establishing "bottom-up" demand expression mechanism. |
