| 摘 要： | 针对我国目前食品卫生检验实验教学中存在的问题,由食品卫生检验实验教学实验内容、教学手段和成绩测评等方面的改革入手,初步建立了一套适用食品科学及相关专业的食品卫生检验实验课程教学体系。
