| 摘 要： | 吉林省图书馆馆联盟（CLJ）坚持公益性原则,整合了省内39家不同系统图书馆的资源,以DBWIN-L4P平台为依托,为社会提供免费的参考咨询及电子文献远程传递服务。在介绍基于DBWIN-L4P平台技术的＂吉林省联合参考咨询与文献远程传递网＂及其使用情况的基础上,分析其在应用过程中出现的问题,并探讨改进其局限性的对策。

| Abstract: | The Consortium of Libraries in Jilin(CLJ) insisted the public welfare principle,in the conformity province 39 different system library resources,take the DBWIN-L4P platform as the backing,provided the free reference consultation and the electronic literature long-distance transmission service for the society.This article in the introduction "Jilin Province unites the reference consultation and the literature long-distance transmission network" based on the DBWIN-L4P platform technology and in the service condition foundation,analyzes it the question which appears in the application process,and discusses improves its limited countermeasure. |
