摘    要:随着网络的进一步发展,在线口碑逐渐成为人们交流的平台,从联结强度、可信度、搜寻度、专业性、风险性等方面分析在线口碑对读者服务工作决策的影响,提出提高读者在线口碑正面效应的措施,展望在线口碑影响读者服务工作决策的未来发展趋势。

Abstract:With the further development of the network in the crucial period of China’s Internet,online reputation becomes a platform for the intercommunion.The article analyses the effect of online reputation to the decision-making of the reader service from the associated intensity,the reliability,the searching intensity,the specialization and the venture,points out the measures to increase the positive effect of online reputation,and prospects the development of the online reputation in the future.
