| 摘 要： | 科技期刊是科技兴国、发展生产力不可或缺的组成部分,而作为科技期刊出版活动的主体———期刊编辑,在期刊的发展过程中又担当着主要的角色。加快科技期刊编辑队伍的建设是当前办好科技期刊,服务于社会主义小康社会建设的刻不容缓的任务。

| Abstract: | Scientific and technical journals are an integral part in science and technology and rejuvenating the country,develop the productive forces,science and technical periodicals as the main publishing activities’ body,play a major role in the course of development.Accelerating the building on editor teams of science and technical periodicals is an urgent task on building current science and technical periodicals,and serving in the well-off society of the socialism. |
