| 摘 要： | 教育教学管理是高职院校教育工作的重要组成部分,其在一定程度上决定着人才培养的质量。文章结合《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010～2020年)》的内容要求,从紧扣人才培养目标、加大教育教学改革力度,根据教学运行规律、拓展教学管理空间,注重人才培养方案、提高教学管理水平,结合人才培养过程、完善教学评价体系等方面对高职院校教育教学管理工作进行了思考和探讨。

| Abstract: | Teaching administration is an important part of higher vocational education.It is decisive in the quality of the graduates to some extent.Through the study of the Outline of the National Medium and Long Term Program for Education Reform and Development (2010-2020),the author conducted a consideration and discussion on the teaching administration in higher vocational colleges in such respects as talent training goal,enhancement of teaching reform,expansion of education space according to the educational laws,focus on the talent training program and enhancement of the teaching administration,perfection of the assessment system of teaching activities,etc. |
