摘    要:分析了外源补充超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的可行性,包括口服的可行性及SOD被人体吸收的可能性等方面;从抗氧化、抗辐射及抗衰老等方面对SOD的作用进行了阐述;并从临床肌肉注射SOD辅助治疗风湿病和口服SOD对人体血液几种指标的影响2个方面对适量摄入外源SOD的人群进行了调查;同时论述了外界因素对SOD活力的影响。

Research Progress of Effects of Exogenous Superoxide Dismutase on the Function of Human Body

Abstract:The feasibility to supplement exogenous superoxide dismutase(SOD) is analyzed in the paper,including the feasibility of taking SOD orally and the possibility of SOD absorbed by human body.The effects of SOD are described from the aspects of anti-oxidation,anti-radiation and anti-aging.The population with moderate intake of exogenous SOD is investigated from two aspects,including clinical intramuscular injection of SOD for adjuvant treatment of rheumatism and effect of oral administration of SOD on several indexes of human blood.The effect of external factors on the activity of SOD is also discussed.
