| 摘 要： | 公共图书馆是面向社会和公众开放的图书馆,职能之一就是社会教育。山西省图书馆通过普遍、均等、公益性的服务,较好地履行了公共图书馆的社会教育职能。文章从5个方面论述了山西省图书馆的公共服务与社会教育。
