灵武长枣嫩枝扦插技术研究

灵武长枣嫩枝扦插试验结果表明:ABT1号生根粉200~500 m g/kg浓度处理的长枣生根率较高,达到85%以上;以枣枝基部微泛红色的枝条生根效果最好,为89.0%;以08:00~10:00,17:00以后扦插的成活率较高,长枣生根率分别为87.0%、86.7%。该技术克服了嫁接苗抗逆性差、品质不良的缺点和根蘖苗归圃繁殖速度慢,数量受限制的缺点。

A Study of Shoot Cutting Technology for Lingwu Long Jujube

The result of an experiment on shoot cutting of Lingwu long jujube showed that the rooting rate of Lingwu long jujube with a treatment of rooting powder ABT No.1 200~500 mg/kg was relatively higher,reaching over 85%;the rooting effect of the shoot with a slightly reddish base-part was highest,reaching 89%;the survival rate of cutting at 08:00~10:00 and after 17:00 were relatively higher and the rooting rates were 87.0% and 86.7% respectively.The technology overcomes the disadvantages of a poor stress resistance and low quality of the grafting seedling and slow nursery propagation speed and limited quantity of the root suckers.
