摘    要:文章对消毒获得酿酒葡萄无菌外植体技术及其影响成苗的因素进行了分析和研究,结果表明,取材时间不同,消毒效果不同,随着取材时间的推迟,葡萄病害越来越重,消毒效果越差,且消毒成功的茎段成苗率低。

Wine Grape Disinfection in Autumn and Impact Factors on Seedling Establishment of Ningxia

Abstract:The paper analyzed and discussed the technology of aseptic explants which was obtained by disinfecting wine grape,as well as impact factors on seedling establishment of grape.The results showed that there was a close relationship between sampling times and disinfection efficacy.With the delay of sampling time,the more serious disease occurred and resulted in the poorer disinfectant.Though the stems were successfully disinfecting,the rates of seedling formation were also lower.
