| 摘 要： | 信息时代的到来使网上灰色文献的获取和利用发生变化。对网上灰色文献的概念进行界定,分析了网上灰色文献的获取障碍,归纳其获取途径,对现今网上灰色文献的利用现状进行总结并提出完善其获取与利用的措施。
