| 摘 要： | 对农村饮水工程的建设和运行管理中存在的问题进行了分析,并针对性地提出了适当提高工程建设投资标准,保障前期工作费用,因地制宜开展工程建设,树立产权意识,建立水质检测机构,加大水费收缴力度等建议,为改善今后农村饮水工程的建设与管理起到了积极的作用。

| Abstract: | The problems existed in construction and management of rural drinking water projects were studied,and put forward proposals such as appropriately increase the investment of engineering construction standards,ensure the cost of preliminary work,carry out construction projects according to local conditions,set up the property rights consciousness,establish water quality inspection agency,increase the intensity of water rate collection,etc.,which had a positive role in improving rural drinking water project for the future. |
