| 摘 要： | 随着图书馆提出＂读者第一＂的原则以来,读者满意度一直是各高校图书馆评价其服务的重要措施。为了进一步满足读者需求,许多高校图书馆陆续将样本书库对外开放,其意义和作用不容忽视,但是也带来了一系列的问题。因此,样本书库的服务和管理要与时俱进。
