关于农民工工伤保险制度的思考

农民工工伤事故频发,工伤保险作为与其密切相关的权利,其制度目前仍存在政府管理疏漏而缺失监督机制、企业逃避责任而缺乏强制措施以及农民工文化素质不高而缺少维权意识等问题。通过提出加强政府监管力度、完善对企业的监管、提高农民工维权意识等对策来完善农民工工伤保险制度,保障农民工的合法权益。
