| Abstract: | The theme of territorial planning is the core ideas,basic approaches or overall goals of the whole activities about land and resources developing,using,curing and protecting.The factors which affect the theme of territorial planning were analyzed.The alternative themes of territorial planning of the Central Plains Economic Zone were compared.And the suggestions of the theme were proposed. |
