| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了一个新的方法来合成螺虫乙酯目标产物。cis-4-甲氧基环己基-1-氨基甲酸酯化得到cis-4-甲氧基环己基-1-氨基甲酸甲酯，后再与2，5-二甲基苯乙酰氯发生反应，得到cis-[2-（2，5-二甲基苯基）乙酰胺基】-4-甲氧基环己基甲酸甲酯，然后在碱的作用下，发生关环，再与氯甲酸乙酯发生亲核取代反应制备目标化合物。 |

| Abstract: | This paper introduces a new method to synthetize spirotetramat as the target product.cis-4-methoxycyclohexyl-1-carbamic acid gets esterified to obtain cis-4-methoxycyclohexyl-1-methyl carbamate,which then reacts with 2,5-dimethyl benzene acetyl chloride to obtain cis-1-[2-(2,5-dimethylphenyl) acetamido]-4-methoxycyclohexyl methyl formate.Then,under the effect of alkali,ring closure happens and the nucleophilic substitution reaction with ethyl chloroformate can make the target product available. |
