| 摘 要： | 通过问卷法和访谈法对江苏、安徽2省6县女村官的工作现状进行实地调研,分析女村官在新农村建设中发挥的积极作用。并从系统论的角度,指出女村官的杰出贡献,与她们所拥有1个三维支持系统———自我支持系统、家庭家族支持系统和社会支持系统密切相关。
