| Abstract: | On the basis of social disadvantaged groups theory,taking the phenomenon of the small property right house as a breakthrough point,the situation and causes of weak position of social disadvantaged groups were discussed.Thus,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to help social disadvantaged groups getting rid of weak,finally,to promote the harmonious development of social. |
