基于比较优势的区域主导产业选择——以天津市西青区农业为例

首先介绍了天津市西青区农业产业发展概况：农业集约化水平较高；新型农业发展如火如茶；农副产品销售收入是农户家庭收入的主要来源。基于生产资源密集度原则、市场潜力原则和关联带动原则，采用综合比较优势指数法，建立了3个比较优势测定指标——比较优势指数、规模优势指数和综合优势指数，再通过数据分析，确定该区域优势产业。结果表明，经济作物和水产养殖业的区位商较大，但水产养殖西青区无论在自然条件、产业传统与基础、产值等方面都不适合大力发展水产养殖，因此选定经济作物作为西青区主导产业。
