摘    要:应用非线性有限元方法,对某车型在50km/h速度下的碰撞行为进行数值模拟,仿真结果发现了该车型设计中不完善的地方。应用高强度钢板及拼焊板技术等新材料和新工艺对车身设计进行改进,通过数值模拟试验发现,对部分主要吸能部件应用高强度钢板及拼焊板技术可以有效提高整车的安全性能,改善吸能部件的变形模式。

Numerical Simulation on Improvement of Material and Manufacture Technology Oriented to Vehicle Crashworthiness

Abstract:A collision process of a commercial vehicle at initial velocity of 50 km/h was s imulated by the non-linear finite element method. The simulation results showed some deficiencies in the design of the test vehicle. To ameliorate these defici encies in the design and improve the crashworthiness of the vehicle, new materia l of high strength steel and new manufacture technique of tailor-welded blank w ere applied to manufacturing of the auto-body. The numerical simulation for the improved vehicle indicated that the deformation mode of the energy absorption c omponents made from the new material and manufactured by the new technique was c hanged and the crash safety characteristics of whole vehicle safety was improved .
