豪迈双端铣加工强化复合地板常见的质量问题分析

根据浸渍纸层压木地板（GB／T 18102－2000）标准，对加工强化复合地板工艺过程中常见的直线度、波浪高差、拼缝隆起等质量缺陷的形成进行了系统的分析；研究了双端铣刀的磨损、强化复合地板基材和表面装饰纸的品质及热压工艺等诸多因素对产品性能的影响，为优化生产工艺奠定了良好的基础。

Analysis on the Common Quality Problems of Intensive Composite Floor Processed by Double-sided Panel Sizing Machine

According to the standard of impregnating paper laminated wood, the formation of some common quality defects in the processing technology of intensive composite floor, such as the right angle, wave height deviation, joggle swelling, were analyzed systematically. The effect of the abrasion of double-sided panel sizing machine, the qualities of the basal wood of intensive composite floor and surface decorated paper as well as hot-pressed technology on product performance were also studied, which will lay a good foundation for optimizing production technology.
