| 摘 要： | 通过对3个组合共37份F5代以上稳定材料的食味测定值和食味品尝结果等的分析,结合育种实践,探讨优质粳稻新品种选育若干策略问题。提出在育种工作中要注重优异种质资源的筛选利用,加大育种材料的选择和抗性鉴定力度,借助食味仪筛选,结合食味品尝,提高育种效率,从而选育出集丰、优、抗于一体的粳稻新品种。

Study on Strategies of Selection and Breeding of New Japonica Rice Variety with High Quality |

| Abstract: | Combining with breeding practice,this paper studies some strategies of selection and breeding of new japonica rice varieties with high quality through the analysis on the eating quality and tasting result of three combinations including thirty-seven F5 stabilized materials.This paper suggests that we should pay more attention to the screening and utilization of excellent japonica rice resources,enhance the selection of breeding materials and identification with the tasting instrument,promote the breeding efficiency,and select new japonica rice varieties which were integrated with high yield,high quality and disease resistance. |
